- Design, develop and support user-focused web-based applications and programs.
- Own the full stack and lifecycle of key software applications from ideation to execution.
- Create and deliver complex software solutions that have broad organizational and / or client impact.
- Mentor other software developers to support their performance and pass on knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Software Engineering, Computer Science; or equivalent work experience in a Technology or business environment.
- Minimum 6 years of experience working in software development, design, and / or business intelligence environments.
- At least 5 years development experience as a frontend developer.
- At least 3 years’ experience with React.js.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience being a technical lead on large scale project.
- Work in an agile environment.
- Highly Proficient in software development across multiple programming languages; and contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems.
- Experienced in building scalable distributed systems with service oriented architectures.
- Highly proficient in leading large scale projects or significant project steps and communicating progress/approach with technical/non-technical peers/clients and leaders.
- Proficiency in payment systems and the merchant acquiring business is an asset.
